Bushwalking Confederation

Span is a member of the Confederation of Bushwalking Clubs of NSW. The Confederation lobbies on the behalf of bushwalking clubs on environmental, access and other political issues. They also organise the Bushwalkers Wilderness Rescue Squad, First-Aid courses and other combined activities for all clubs. Hut Maintenance - Derschkos Hut

Span maintains Derschkos Hut in the Kosciusko National Park. Periodic maintenance trips are run to the hut and all members are welcome to attend. The hut is located at a beautiful spot near Mt Jagungal.
